Okay, so I had to look up what 'BBY' meant.
Wikipedia: A shortened term for ‘baby’, often used by teenagers. Well that explains it (aside from the fact that I’ve been an accomplished teenage for quite some time, and never heard it). My mind kept coming back to all that time I spent reading Wookiepedia, where BBY stands for ‘Before the Battle of Yavin’. I’m such a geek, but I love it.
